Q1) Payment Due Date: When is the payment due for my order?
A1) Payment is due within
three (3) days from the invoice date.

 

Q2) Accepted Payment Methods: What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, Stripe, and HitPay.


Q3) Order Cancellation: Can I cancel my order?
A3) Orders can be cancelled
within one (1) day of placing the order. After that period, cancellations may not be accepted, as the order would have been shipped out.

 

Q4) Returns: What is your return policy?
A4) We gladly accept returns or exchanges
within seven (7) days of the order's arrival date, provided the item is in its original condition. Please contact us for return or exchange requests. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee, and the refund will be processed only after the item has safely returned to us and undergone inspection for integrity.

 

Q5) Custom Orders: How does custom ordering work?
A5) Custom orders require a
non-refundable deposit of 50% before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the order.

 

Q6) Shipping: How long does shipping take and what are the fees?
A6) We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary. Normally it takes
about 14 working days to reach. All shipping methods offered here are traceable. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit. Insurance can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

 

Q7) Taxes: Are taxes included in the invoice?
A7) Applicable taxes will be added to the total amount on the invoice, as required by local tax regulations.

 

Q8) Intellectual Property: Can I use your designs or content?
A8) All designs, photographs, and content are the
intellectual property of CopperSpeaks.com and may not be used without prior written permission.

 

Q9) Warranty: What if there are defects in the product?
A9) Our products are crafted with utmost care. However, if any defects or issues arise, please
notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the item for a resolution.

A10) Any
personal information collected during the transaction will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
